1. Exchange Policy

We offer Free Exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

The fabric must be unused and unwashed.
The product must be in its original condition.
The original packaging should be retained whenever possible.
The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligible for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

You receive the wrong product.
The product is damaged during delivery.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, washed, or altered.
The exchange request is made after 7 days of delivery.
The product is damaged due to customer misuse.
The product color appears slightly different due to photography lighting or screen display settings.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

The ordered product is unavailable after payment (if applicable).
The wrong product cannot be replaced.
A damaged or defective product cannot be exchanged.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days through the appropriate payment method.

5. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

Our team will review your request.
Once approved, the exchange process will be arranged.

6. Shipping Charges

If the mistake is made by Kamalia Fabric, the exchange shipping cost will be covered by us.
If the exchange is requested for personal preference (where applicable), the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.

7. Color Disclaimer

Actual fabric color, texture, or finish may vary slightly due to photography lighting and differences in mobile or computer screen displays. Such minor variations are not considered product defects.
